"Felt Like I Was Waiting Forever"
I ordered it thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but then the days just kept passing with no package in sight. I kept checking the tracking and wondering if it was ever actually going to arrive. It did finally show up, which was a relief, but the shipping took way longer than I expected

"Rough first impression, but my cats liked parts of it"
I ordered a few things from Catit my first impression wasn’t great. For the price, I expected to be a little more impressed right out of the box, but some of it felt kind of underwhelming at first. That said, my cats had mixed opinions. One of them really likes the fountain and uses it a lot, while the other checked it out for a day and then completely ignored it. The quality seems decent overall, but I’m still not totally convinced everything was worth what I paid.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I picked up a Catit water fountain thinking it would be a solid little upgrade, but right away it didn’t feel all that sturdy. The plastic started showing scratches quickly, and after just a few weeks the pump was already making this loud buzzing sound that was hard to ignore.
I cleaned it exactly the way the instructions said, hoping that would sort it out, but it still doesn’t run smoothly. For the price, I guess I just expected something that wouldn’t feel worn out so soon. Safe to say I’d probably look at other options next time.

I only hopped onto Catit.com thinking I’d grab a few things for my cat and be done in a couple minutes. Instead, I ended up stuck in checkout limbo. The site froze right when I was trying to pay, then my cart randomly emptied not once, but twice. I kept adding everything back, hoping it was just a weird glitch, but then the payment page threw an error without explaining what went wrong. After spending way too much time trying to place one simple order, I finally gave up and bought the stuff somewhere else. Definitely not the smooth shopping experience I was expecting.

For what it is, I just don’t think it’s worth the price. I don’t mind paying more when something feels high quality, but this didn’t really meet my personal standard for the money

"Ordering cat food was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried ordering food for my cat from the website, this is where it got annoying. The pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work properly, and every time I got to checkout, it felt like I had to redo information I’d already entered. The products might be totally fine, but the whole website experience was such a hassle that I ended up giving up.

"I’m a bit torn on this one because..."
I’m a bit torn on this one because I do actually like the products, but my experience with customer service wasn’t great. I messaged them about my order and the replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions. It kind of felt like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone really helping. I wanted to have a better experience, but dealing with support made me hesitate about ordering again

"Yeah... it broke after a week"
I wanted to like it, but it broke after about a week of use. So... not really sure what else to say. It just doesn’t feel like it was built to last

"Kind of a hassle to clean"
I mean... the fountain works fine, but cleaning it every time is annoying. The tiny little parts get gross really fast, and then you’re stuck scrubbing for way longer than you’d expect. It’s just... a bit of a pain.

"Return was fine, but getting the replacement dragged on"
I ordered a Catit cat fountain and it arrived with a small crack in the top piece, which was frustrating right out of the box.
Customer service did eventually help and set up a replacement, but it took more back and forth than I expected. I had to send photos, wait a few days between replies, and at one point I got transferred to someone else, which made it feel like I was explaining the same thing all over again.
The replacement part was fine when it finally showed up, and they didn’t make the return itself difficult. I just wish the whole process had been quicker and less of a hassle
